When looking back at all the “other” programs I tried. I try to figure out what went wrong. Why didn’t it work.
The truth is that some of them did work.
Maybe you can relate to some of these??…
I was working out a TON and stuffing my food filled to the rim in little containers. I saw visible results after a month. And I was SO HAPPY to see it! But I wasn’t happy because I was HUNGRY!
I thought carbs were the enemy. I craved eating more food but I had already hit my limit. So needless to say, those results didn’t last to long because it wasn’t something I could sustain long term. It was a temporary fix…. I kept searching.
Then I found a program that I would eat their food and shakes. Again I was HUNGRY. But they did recommend you eating every 2 hrs. That helped but the portion sizes were SO SMALL! I too got results pretty fast but then I was left with a pretty hefty bill if I wanted to continue on in that lifestyle.
Couldn’t there be SOMETHING anything that I didn’t have to buy shakes, pills, or wraps.
I was in the gym 4-6x a week…. and although I loved the workouts…. I wasn’t seeing the hard work I was doing there in my clothes. I was eating healthy! What the heck! I was so discouraged.
Then FASTERWAY entered my life. I was so scared at yet failing another thing. I was seeing all these before and afters. I really thought it was too good to be true.
I didn’t tell ANYONE because I was so scared. But after 3 weeks in I couldn’t believe it. I was starting to notice a difference in my clothes. Then at the end of my round I took a 6 week picture. I was BLOWN away.
I had bought this suit for our trip to Mexico. When it arrived I loved it but I would not wear in in public because I hated the way I looked. But I had more than 6 weeks till our vacation…. and something about this program felt different.
Want to know why this is so different? What’s the catch!?
You my dear friend are depriving you body. You are not eating ENOUGH!
I know how crazy that sounds. We have all been told our entire life… that in order to lose weight we must eat less and workout more.
And here I am telling you need to eat more!? YES, YES, and YES.
My body was in starvation mode. My body was holding onto fat because I had been depriving it from what it needed. Carbs!!!! Fats and PROTEIN! And yes you read that right. CARBS!!!
(yes I did Keto too…. can you guess how well that went?)
Do I enjoy Pizza and Beer!? YEP! I’m not having it everyday. But I don’t feel guilty when I do like I did before. I eat SO MUCH FOOD. And I am loving every minute of it. That’s why I became a certified coach. I get to share the FREEDOM I have found! I teach others How to eat, When to eat, Why we eat, and How much. And I am not lying when you I say you will be SO surprised by how much you need to consume!
The reason I can say that I found something that I will be able to sustain for a lifetime is because I do not feel deprived. I have found FREEDOM!
