Now if your like me when you have heard that word in the past you may think. Stomach growling…. hunger…. deprivation … I had thought the same thing.
I had actually started Intermittent fasting before it became all the rage in the news and articles that it is now days. What I didn’t know is how to do it properly.
I was doing what they called 16:8. What that means is I would eat for 8 hours and then not consume anything besides drinking water, coffee, and tea during the 16. Sleeping 8 of those hours (If I was lucky). Typically meant I was breaking my fast at 12pm and eating till 8pm. When doing this I did notice more energy and less bloating. But it stopped pretty fast after I started. Visibly I wasn’t seeing results.
Then after starting FasterWay I realized what I had been doing wrong. It wasn’t that I didn’t have the right time window. It was that I was not eating ENOUGH!
Giving you body a digestive rest so it can dig into our fat stores is so so needed for our bodies!
