I have had numerous messages asking about how to create my NOW favorite overnight oats. A fellow FW coach shared it on her FB feed and it intrigued me!
But nothing could have prepared me for how absolutely amazing this is. It tastes like a cheat meal! I altered her recipe a bit because of what I had in my house. And you could do the same!
1/3 cup oats
6 oz Almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 tsp pure vanilla
1/2 carrot , shredded (I used 2 baby carrots)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pure maple syrup
Dash of ground close, nutmeg & salt
Add raisins or my favorite chopped dates to your liking
Mix together and place in fridge for 2 hours of overnight. When ready to eat top with nuts and unsweetened coconut flakes!
How simple right! But TRUST me! This was DEVINE!!!! And you can alter to make it work for macros as well if your watching yours!
